Terms and Conditions

Lymphedema MD Effective Date — July 1, 2026 Last Updated — September 3, 2026

Welcome to Lymphedema MD (“Lymphedema MD,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at lymphedemamd.com (the “Site”), along with any related services, content, tools, and products we offer.

By accessing or using the Site, scheduling a fitting or house call, ordering products, or using our telehealth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.

Lymphedema MD is a service of Allele Healthcare, providing full-service, concierge-style lymphedema care, including the following.

  • Compression garment fittings and durable medical equipment (DME), distributed in partnership with Prevail Health Services
  • In-person fittings and house calls
  • Telehealth consultations
  • Patient education resources
  • Coordination with primary care providers (PCPs)
  • Ongoing patient support

Availability of specific services may vary by location, insurance coverage, and state licensure requirements.

Lymphedema MD clinicians provide clinical care to accepted patients, but the Site itself, and any articles, guides, videos, or other content on it, are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Content on the Site is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your own qualified healthcare provider.

Browsing the Site, submitting a contact form, or purchasing a product does not, by itself, create a patient-provider relationship. That relationship begins only after you have completed our intake process and been accepted as a patient by a Lymphedema MD clinician.

Individual results from compression therapy, fittings, and other services vary, and we cannot guarantee specific clinical outcomes.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not use the Site, telehealth services, or any messaging feature to seek emergency care.

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site or our services. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you use our telehealth services, the following additional terms apply.

  • Telehealth visits are available only in states where Lymphedema MD clinicians are licensed and permitted to provide care.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate health information and for having a stable internet connection and compatible device.
  • Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies. If you experience a medical emergency during or after a telehealth visit, call 911 immediately.
  • Technical issues may occasionally interrupt or delay a visit. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule promptly.
  • Fittings and house calls are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability in your area.
  • Please provide accurate address and access information so our clinicians can safely and efficiently reach you.
  • Our clinicians may decline to enter a location they reasonably believe is unsafe and will work with you to find an alternative.

Compression garments and other DME products available through Lymphedema MD are distributed in partnership with Prevail Health Services.

  • Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
  • Product recommendations are based on clinical assessment and are not intended to replace ongoing medical supervision.
  • Fees for services and products will be disclosed to you before you are charged.
  • We may bill your insurance directly for eligible services and products. You remain responsible for any deductible, copay, coinsurance, or non-covered amount.

We handle personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices, consistent with applicable law, including HIPAA. Please review those documents for details on how your information is collected, used, shared, and protected.

If the Site allows you to create an account or patient portal login, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [contact email] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lymphedema MD and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. This section does not limit liability for clinical negligence to the extent such liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
